Adsense Revenue Sharing is quite common on forums now. Forum owners allow Revenue Sharing so they can get more users posting on their forum. It is a good way to get attention for Forum Owners, but is it actually good for those who are posting on the forum for Revenue Sharing?
Revenue Sharing is where the owner of the forum puts Google Adsense Advertisements on the forum and then displays his/her advertisements on the homepage and in the forums. However, in people’s threads, the people who have posted in it have a chance of having their Google Adsense Advertisements shown instead. That way they can earn money from it.
On the one hand, Adsense Revenue Sharing is good to use because afterall it doesn’t really take much setting up - All you need to do on most forums is insert your Adsense Publisher ID and possibly a Channel ID, and then everything is done automatically. If you post a lot on the forum anyway, it wouldn’t really hurt anything.
On the other hand, Adsense Revenue Sharing isn’t good to use because even though it is quick to setup, theres a chance you won’t earn anything anyway. Adsense Revenue Sharing is mainly used on Webmaster Forums which don’t get many clicks anyway, so the chance of you getting a click is also very low. If the Adsense Revenue Sharing was on a different type of forum (Such as Video Games), then you would probably have a lot more success.
In conclusion, Adsense Revenue Sharing should be used on the forums you visit if you post on it a lot anyway because even though you won’t earn much, it still is extra money for 1 minutes work. There isn’t much point in joining forums you have no interest in just because of the Adsense Revenue Sharing however.
Just to let you know also, Google seems to be fine with Adsense Revenue Sharing, so you shouldn’t have any problems about breaking the Adsense TOS.

Good info on Adsense Rev Share. There are some sites online where users can make money with Google Adsense without a website (so totally 100% free). Here are some sites that do revenue share with adsense: http://code.google.com/apis/adsense/docs/casestudies/index.html . There are others out there, but these are approved by Google.
