Flipping websites is definately a great way of making money. This guide will explain how you can make money by Flipping Blog websites.

First of all, if you don’t know how Blog Flipping is, it is where you setup a website all ready for someone and then sell it for a small amount, therefore making you money. Then they just keep doing so.

The first step is buying a domain name for the blog. This could be from any provider, the cheaper the better. Try to make it a fairly good domain that people will want to buy afterwards. You’ll then need hosting for this blog. If you have hosting already, you may be able to add the domain onto your other hosting to save you money. If not, you can purchase some Cheap Web Hosting and use that.

Next thing you need to do is install the blog script, Wordpress. There are two ways you can install it. You could either use Fantastico De Luxe to install Wordpress automatically in around 3 clicks (If your Web Host has this installed) or you could take the long way around and install it manually if your Web Host doesn’t have Fantastico.

Now that the default blog is all setup, you need to select a theme. You could either just a template theme someone has made, or you could hire a Custom Designer. Using a template is recommended because it means spending less money at the start, and a Custom Design doesn’t necessarily selling it for more. After you’ve selected a design, you need a Custom Header for definate. If you have any friends that are designers, you may get a discount on the header. Make sure the header looks of a good standard. Once a designer has made it, put it on the design and then move onto the next step.

The final thing you need on the blog is content. This means you need to publish some blog posts. If you don’t have much money, you could write the blog posts yourself, or if you have some spare money, you can hire an Article Writer. You can find these on most popular Webmaster forums. The more articles the better, 10 articles is the recommended amount. Once they’ve been written, publish them on this blog.

Now it is time to flip this blog. Go to a popular Webmaster forum (Digital Point Forums is a good place but you need to be a member for 14 days to post a sales thread) and then make a thread with all the details and basically try to sell it to people. If you’ve done everything right and you’re good at selling sites, you should be able to make a nice profit from doing all of that. Best of all, it doesn’t take that long to do so and you can make a healthy profit.
